4. 1/2 medium raw beet

6. 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Direction
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

SOY MILK-STRAWBERRY PROTEIN SHAKE

Ingredients
1. 2 cups of soy milk
2. ½ cup chopped strawberries
3. 1 tablespoon ground almond
4. 1 tablespoon ground melon seeds
5. 1 teaspoon cocoa
Direction
1. Toss all the ingredients into the blender and blend into a thick smoothie.
2. Pour it into a glass. Add two ice cubes if you want and drink up!

HOT CHOCOLATE-CASHEW MEAL REPLACEMENT PROTEIN SHAKE

Ingredients
1. 1 banana
2. 1 cup full-fat milk
3. 2-3 tablespoons cashew nuts
4. 2 teaspoons cocoa
5. 2 tablespoons grated dark chocolate
Direction
1. Toss all the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend into a thick and smooth paste.
3. Pour it into a glass and sip.

ORANGE JULIUS PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Cottage cheese
2. 1 Orange
3. 1 cup Strawberries

6. 1 cup Almond milk
7. 1 cup Ice cubes

Ingredients:
1. 3/4 cup coconut water
2. 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
3. 1/3 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
4. 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
5. 1/3 cup frozen mango
6. 1 pitted dried date
Direction
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately

(without protein powder)

Ingredients
1. 2 Cups Milk. Use your favorite milk.
2. 1 Banana or mango or peach
3. 1 Peach or pear or mango
4. ¼ Cup Dates or raisins or use your own healthy sweetener to taste
5. ¼ cup of Pumpkin Seeds
6. ¼ cup of Almonds or ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds or other seeds
Direction
1. Blend the dry ingredients and liquid first for a short time
2. Blend the greens next for a short time (if using)
3. Blend the fruit and the rest of the ingredients until smooth
